Service Description
A careful exterior hand wash that removes normal bugs, dirt and road grime while adding gloss and protection. Includes: • Pre-rinse and hand wash • Normal bug and road-grime removal • Wheel-face and tire cleaning • Microfiber hand drying • Exterior window cleaning • Tire dressing • Spray paint sealant An accessible outdoor water connection and standard electrical outlet are preferred. If either is unavailable, tell us with your request. A five-gallon water supply may support a light hand wash, but heavily soiled exterior work may require on-site water. Tar, tree sap, paint overspray, hard-water etching and bonded contaminants may require a separate quote. Clay-bar treatment, polishing, paint correction and scratch removal are not included. Oversized trucks and work vans use the large-vehicle price plus an approved surcharge. Travel outside Warrensburg city limits is $1 per one-way mile. Weather-related exterior appointments may be rescheduled at no charge or changed to an interior-only service when practical.
Cancellation Policy
Appointment requests are reviewed within 1–2 business days. Submitting a request does not reserve the appointment or require payment. After approval, Beaver Mobile Detail will email a separate $25–$50 deposit link based on the service. The appointment is reserved once the deposit is paid, and the deposit applies to the final balance. The remaining balance is due when service is complete. With at least 24 hours’ notice, the deposit may transfer to another appointment; with less than 24 hours’ notice, it is forfeited. Travel outside Warrensburg is $1 per one-way mile. There is no fixed travel limit; each request is reviewed. Work vans, oversized trucks, and unusual vehicle conditions may require an additional charge only after it is discussed and approved. Active-duty military members, veterans, first responders and UCM students save 5% on one Complete Detail with valid ID. The discount applies to the final balance, excludes deposits, add-ons, travel and surcharges, and cannot be combined. Online scheduling shows only times that fit within the standard calendar. A service that starts during business hours may continue past 4 PM when arranged and approved; email info@beavermobiledetail.com if a suitable later start is not shown. If weather prevents exterior work, you may reschedule at no charge or choose interior-only service when practical.
