Service Description
A thorough interior reset for a cleaner, more comfortable drive. Includes: • Vacuuming of seats, carpets, mats, crevices and passenger area • Low-moisture treatment of carpet and fabric spots • Deep cleaning of floor mats • Cleaning of the dash, console, cupholders, vents, controls, door panels and interior glass • Leather cleaning and conditioning when applicable • Natural-finish UV protection for plastic and vinyl • Door-jamb cleaning • Light headliner spot treatment when safe Light pet hair and ordinary trash removal are included. Moderate pet hair is +$20; heavy or embedded pet hair starts at $40. Cargo/trunk cleaning starts at $25. Excessive trash, heavy mud, sand, severe staining or unusually time-consuming conditions may cost extra only after your approval. Stains are professionally treated, but permanent discoloration or fiber damage may remain. Child seats must be removed before service. We do not service mold, blood, bodily fluids, human or animal waste, needles, sharps or other biohazards.
Cancellation Policy
Appointment requests are reviewed within 1–2 business days. Submitting a request does not reserve the appointment or require payment. After approval, Beaver Mobile Detail will email a separate $25–$50 deposit link based on the service. The appointment is reserved once the deposit is paid, and the deposit applies to the final balance. The remaining balance is due when service is complete. With at least 24 hours’ notice, the deposit may transfer to another appointment; with less than 24 hours’ notice, it is forfeited. Travel outside Warrensburg is $1 per one-way mile. There is no fixed travel limit; each request is reviewed. Work vans, oversized trucks, and unusual vehicle conditions may require an additional charge only after it is discussed and approved. Active-duty military members, veterans, first responders and UCM students save 5% on one Complete Detail with valid ID. The discount applies to the final balance, excludes deposits, add-ons, travel and surcharges, and cannot be combined. Online scheduling shows only times that fit within the standard calendar. A service that starts during business hours may continue past 4 PM when arranged and approved; email info@beavermobiledetail.com if a suitable later start is not shown. If weather prevents exterior work, you may reschedule at no charge or choose interior-only service when practical.
